1. Front Desk Concierge
As a Front Desk Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

– Greeting residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
– Assisting with inquiries, offering guidance, and troubleshooting issues.
– Coordinating deliveries, maintenance requests, and reservations for amenities.
– Enhancing residents’ experiences through exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications:

2. Lead Concierge
