Chief Operations Officer

Chengetayi “Cheng” Sithole serves as Chief Operating Officer and brings two decades of leadership in property management and building services. He began his career in 2005 as a Property Manager and advanced to Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner, gaining extensive experience overseeing residential and commercial properties. Throughout this period, Cheng developed strong operational expertise, including client retention, new business acquisition, and the successful management of diverse building portfolios.

In 2012, he founded Epic Consolidated Services to support property management firms with concierge, cleaning, maintenance, and general contracting services. In 2019, Cheng partnered with Jeremy Goldman to launch Infinity Design Solutions, leveraging Goldman’s construction background and allowing Cheng to transition general contracting away from Epic to maintain clear operational focus.

In 2022, Cheng and Goldman formed DuPont Building Services, providing cleaning, porter services, and maintenance. In 2025, they expanded their service offerings by launching Washingtonian Concierge Services in partnership with Hezvo Mpunga, who oversees daily operations.
